Zinc is a landmark development consisting of a block of 5 apartments in Cronulla that was designed by award winning architect Vic Lake. A solid construction  consisting of engineered screw piles, concrete raft slabs, AFS Logic wall system, and concrete roofs underlie the beautifully designed claddings. These include the unusual combination of glazed bricks and zinc zheet metal. Polished interiors consist of marble and stone, bespoke joinery, @smart lighting and electrical components and luxurious high end finishes. All this framed with a luxurious penthouse infinity swimming pool with 270degrees of Cronullas finest beaches.
