From the first day of excavation we knew this was a special site as it was a cool autumn morning, overlooking the beautiful cloudy valley. The first thing that came to mind when construction commenced was how well the house sat on the block and how its orientation and shape had been designed to capture the best of its location had to offer.

Construction consisted of a curved structural steel roof and multiple overhanging cantilevered alfresco entertainment areas, landscaped gardens and a solar heated salt-water pool and spa.

Features of the home included tallowood flooring, huge open plan living overlooking valley views, curved mosaic walls in the bathrooms, media room, sauna, Ducted AC throughout, “Jetmaster” ceiling flush heaters for those cold winter days as well as heated flooring and heated towel rails in all bathrooms and en suites.
